PHOTOSHOOTS

Depending on your starting point will determine how long your preparation will be.

An individual who is in an optimal composition may only require 3-4 months, whilst if you are holding more visceral fat, longer may be required - this will be explained during your consultation call.  

  • This preparation is a period of months in a deficit of 20-30% to begin with and will be reduced further to the shoot day to bring down body fat levels. Re-feeds may be added in during this time depending on body fat level and performance. 7-5 days prior to the shoot it’s likely output will be pulled to reduce fatigue and carbs increased/drip fed.

Similar to a contest prep but not has harsh - this will give you a good understanding and an idea if going ahead with a contest prep is for you.

Consultation appointment will be completed before first session of block.

First session will require an additional 30minutes to go through induction and to complete pre-screening.
